Every placement follows the same structured workflow, from initial audit through to signed learner documentation — all stored and auditable.
Placement providers complete a self-assessment covering premises, insurance, fire safety, and safeguarding. Digital signature on completion. Auto-expiry and renewal reminders built in.
Your staff verify the audit on-site using a structured checklist cross-referenced against Stage 1 answers. Action plans are generated automatically from any gaps found. A three-tier rating is recorded, with signatures from both your staff member and the placement provider.
Individual documentation for each learner — staff checks on individual needs and any risks, control measures, induction, and up to four digital signatures including parent/guardian for under-16s. PDF export for learner records.
